Иов 4	Job 4
Иов 4:1 ^ И отвечал Елифаз Феманитянин и сказал:	Job 4:1 ^ And Eliphaz the Temanite made answer and said,
Иов 4:2 ^ [если] попытаемся мы [сказать] к тебе слово, --не тяжело ли будет тебе? Впрочем кто может возбранить слову!	Job 4:2 ^ If one says a word, will it be a weariness to you? but who is able to keep from saying what is in his mind?
Иов 4:3 ^ Вот, ты наставлял многих и опустившиеся руки поддерживал,	Job 4:3 ^ Truly, you have been a helper to others, and you have made feeble hands strong;
Иов 4:4 ^ падающего восставляли слова твои, и гнущиеся колени ты укреплял.	Job 4:4 ^ He who was near to falling has been lifted up by your words, and you have given strength to bent knees.
Иов 4:5 ^ А теперь дошло до тебя, и ты изнемог; коснулось тебя, и ты упал духом.	Job 4:5 ^ But now it has come on you and it is a weariness to you; you are touched by it and your mind is troubled.
Иов 4:6 ^ Богобоязненность твоя не должна ли быть твоею надеждою, и непорочность путей твоих--упованием твоим?	Job 4:6 ^ Is not your fear of God your support, and your upright way of life your hope?
Иов 4:7 ^ Вспомни же, погибал ли кто невинный, и где праведные бывали искореняемы?	Job 4:7 ^ Have you ever seen destruction come to an upright man? or when were the god-fearing ever cut off?
Иов 4:8 ^ Как я видал, то оравшие нечестие и сеявшие зло пожинают его;	Job 4:8 ^ What I have seen is that those by whom trouble has been ploughed, and evil planted, get the same for themselves.
Иов 4:9 ^ от дуновения Божия погибают и от духа гнева Его исчезают.	Job 4:9 ^ By the breath of God destruction takes them, and by the wind of his wrath they are cut off.
Иов 4:10 ^ Рев льва и голос рыкающего [умолкает], и зубы скимнов сокрушаются;	Job 4:10 ^ Though the noise of the lion and the sounding of his voice, may be loud, the teeth of the young lions are broken.
Иов 4:11 ^ могучий лев погибает без добычи, и дети львицы рассеиваются.	Job 4:11 ^ The old lion comes to his end for need of food, and the young of the she-lion go wandering in all directions.
Иов 4:12 ^ И вот, ко мне тайно принеслось слово, и ухо мое приняло нечто от него.	Job 4:12 ^ A word was given to me secretly, and the low sound of it came to my ears.
Иов 4:13 ^ Среди размышлений о ночных видениях, когда сон находит на людей,	Job 4:13 ^ In troubled thoughts from visions of the night, when deep sleep comes on men,
Иов 4:14 ^ объял меня ужас и трепет и потряс все кости мои.	Job 4:14 ^ Fear came on me and shaking, and my bones were full of trouble;
Иов 4:15 ^ И дух прошел надо мною; дыбом стали волосы на мне.	Job 4:15 ^ And a breath was moving over my face; the hair of my flesh became stiff:
Иов 4:16 ^ Он стал, --но я не распознал вида его, --только облик был пред глазами моими; тихое веяние, --и я слышу голос:	Job 4:16 ^ Something was present before me, but I was not able to see it clearly; there was a form before my eyes: a quiet voice came to my ears, saying:
Иов 4:17 ^ человек праведнее ли Бога? и муж чище ли Творца своего?	Job 4:17 ^ May a man be upright before God? or a man be clean before his Maker?
Иов 4:18 ^ Вот, Он и слугам Своим не доверяет и в Ангелах Своих усматривает недостатки:	Job 4:18 ^ Truly, he puts no faith in his servants, and he sees error in his angels;
Иов 4:19 ^ тем более--в обитающих в храминах из брения, которых основание прах, которые истребляются скорее моли.	Job 4:19 ^ How much more those living in houses of earth, whose bases are in the dust! They are crushed more quickly than an insect;
Иов 4:20 ^ Между утром и вечером они распадаются; не увидишь, как они вовсе исчезнут.	Job 4:20 ^ Between morning and evening they are completely broken; they come to an end for ever, and no one takes note.
Иов 4:21 ^ Не погибают ли с ними и достоинства их? Они умирают, не достигнув мудрости.	Job 4:21 ^ If their tent-cord is pulled up, do they not come to an end, and without wisdom?
