|
| Тогда Иисус возведен был Духом в пустыню, для искушения от диавола, | Then Jesus was sent by the Spirit into the waste land to be tested by the Evil One. |
| и, постившись сорок дней и сорок ночей, напоследок взалкал. | And after going without food for forty days and forty nights, he was in need of it. |
| И приступил к Нему искуситель и сказал: если Ты Сын Божий, скажи, чтобы камни сии сделались хлебами. | And the Evil One came and said to him, If you are the Son of God, give the word for these stones to become bread. |
| Он же сказал ему в ответ: написано: не хлебом одним будет жить человек, но всяким словом, исходящим из уст Божиих. | But he made answer and said, It is in the Writings, Bread is not man's only need, but every word which comes out of the mouth of God. |
| Потом берет Его диавол в святой город и поставляет Его на крыле храма, | Then the Evil One took him to the holy town; and he put him on the highest point of the Temple and said to him, |
| и говорит Ему: если Ты Сын Божий, бросься вниз, ибо написано: Ангелам Своим заповедает о Тебе, и на руках понесут Тебя, да не преткнешься о камень ногою Твоею. | If you are the Son of God, let yourself go down; for it is in the Writings, He will give his angels care over you; and, In their hands they will keep you up, so that your foot may not be crushed against a stone. |
| Иисус сказал ему: написано также: не искушай Господа Бога твоего. | Jesus said to him, Again it is in the Writings, You may not put the Lord your God to the test. |
| Опять берет Его диавол на весьма высокую гору и показывает Ему все царства мира и славу их, | Again, the Evil One took him up to a very high mountain, and let him see all the kingdoms of the world and the glory of them; |
| и говорит Ему: всё это дам Тебе, если, пав, поклонишься мне. | And he said to him, All these things will I give you, if you will go down on your face and give me worship. |
| Тогда Иисус говорит ему: отойди от Меня, сатана, ибо написано: Господу Богу твоему поклоняйся и Ему одному служи. | Then said Jesus to him, Away, Satan: for it is in the Writings, Give worship to the Lord your God and be his servant only. |
| Тогда оставляет Его диавол, и се, Ангелы приступили и служили Ему. | Then the Evil One went away from him, and angels came and took care of him. |
| Услышав же Иисус, что Иоанн отдан [под стражу], удалился в Галилею | Now when it came to his ears that John had been put in prison, he went away to Galilee; |
| и, оставив Назарет, пришел и поселился в Капернауме приморском, в пределах Завулоновых и Неффалимовых, | And going away from Nazareth, he came and made his living-place in Capernaum, which is by the sea, in the country of Zebulun and Naphtali: |
| да сбудется реченное через пророка Исаию, который говорит: | So that the word of the prophet Isaiah might come true, |
| земля Завулонова и земля Неффалимова, на пути приморском, за Иорданом, Галилея языческая, | The land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali, by the way of the sea, the other side of Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles, |
| народ, сидящий во тьме, увидел свет великий, и сидящим в стране и тени смертной воссиял свет. | The people who were in the dark saw a great light, and to those in the land of the shade of death did the dawn come up. |
| С того времени Иисус начал проповедывать и говорить: покайтесь, ибо приблизилось Царство Небесное. | From that time Jesus went about preaching and saying, Let your hearts be turned from sin, for the kingdom of heaven is near. |
| Проходя же близ моря Галилейского, Он увидел двух братьев: Симона, называемого Петром, и Андрея, брата его, закидывающих сети в море, ибо они были рыболовы, | And when he was walking by the sea of Galilee, he saw two brothers, Simon, whose other name was Peter, and Andrew, his brother, who were putting a net into the sea; for they were fishermen. |
| и говорит им: идите за Мною, и Я сделаю вас ловцами человеков. | And he said to them, Come after me, and I will make you fishers of men. |
| И они тотчас, оставив сети, последовали за Ним. | And straight away they let go the nets and went after him. |
| Оттуда, идя далее, увидел Он других двух братьев, Иакова Зеведеева и Иоанна, брата его, в лодке с Зеведеем, отцом их, починивающих сети свои, и призвал их. | And going on from there he saw two other brothers, James, the son of Zebedee, and John, his brother, in the boat with their father, stitching up their nets; and he said, Come. |
| И они тотчас, оставив лодку и отца своего, последовали за Ним. | And they went straight from the boat and their father and came after him. |
| И ходил Иисус по всей Галилее, уча в синагогах их и проповедуя Евангелие Царствия, и исцеляя всякую болезнь и всякую немощь в людях. | And Jesus went about in all Galilee, teaching in their Synagogues and preaching the good news of the kingdom, and making well those who were ill with any disease among the people. |
| И прошел о Нем слух по всей Сирии; и приводили к Нему всех немощных, одержимых различными болезнями и припадками, и бесноватых, и лунатиков, и расслабленных, и Он исцелял их. | And news of him went out through all Syria; and they took to him all who were ill with different diseases and pains, those having evil spirits and those who were off their heads, and those who had no power of moving. And he made them well. |
| И следовало за Ним множество народа из Галилеи и Десятиградия, и Иерусалима, и Иудеи, и из-за Иордана. | And there went after him great numbers from Galilee and Decapolis and Jerusalem and Judaea and from the other side of Jordan. |
