| Vì Mạc-đô-chê, người Giu-đa, làm tể tướng của vua A-suê-ru; trong vòng dân Giu-đa người được tôn trọng, đẹp lòng các anh em mình, tìm việc tốt lành cho dân tộc mình, và nói sự hòa bình cho cả dòng dõi mình. | For Mordecai the Jew was second only to King Ahasuerus, and great among the Jews and respected by the body of his countrymen; working for the good of his people, and saying words of peace to all his seed. |
